Randilyn Madison is honored to be Miss Rodeo Colorado 2023. She is the daughter of Chuck and Kim Madison, and has a twin sister, Chandler. As a western slope native, she grew up participating in 4-H, FFA, livestock judging, along with several teams and extreme sports such as snowmobiling and her personal favorite dirtbiking. She wouldn’t have it any other way.

Randilyn has always had a strong passion for agriculture. From the cultivation, all the way to the livestock, she continuously advocates the western way of life. Randilyn graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an Associate’s in Sustainable Agriculture and an Associate’s in Agriculture Science. She plans to continue her career in agriculture and become involved with rodeo production.

Randilyn has wanted to be Miss Rodeo Colorado ever since she was a little girl. At 18 years old, Randilyn won the title of the Montrose County Fair and Rodeo Queen 2016-2017. Randilyn holds the Montrose County Fair and Rodeo Royalty program near and dear to her heart as this is where her passion began. The following year after her title, she became the coordinator for the MCFR Royalty Program. Not only has Randilyn focused on the Montrose Rodeo Royalty, she also has continued over the years to help coordinate the Montrose CPRA Rodeo where she enjoys the livestock production side of the rodeo arena.

Family and serving others have always been of utmost importance to Randilyn. She loves giving back to her community along with other local small towns. One of the ways she gets involved is delivering blankets to the University of Colorado Children’s Hospital and other various cancer centers. This was her mother’s passion as she endured her own battle with cancer. In 2014, Randilyn’s mother, Kim, lost her battle with cancer, but Randilyn and her twin sister continue her beautiful work. This is a huge part of Randilyn’s platform, as she continues to live a driven, compassionate life, while educating others on the importance of Melanoma dermatology appointments and cancer awareness. Randilyn is blessed with amazing family and friends who have helped her pursue this dream. Her father, Chuck, has always been the rock in her family and encourages Randilyn to follow her dreams and live a fun, adventurous life.

Randilyn has always valued being genuine and kind to others and believes that it is a top priority in any situation. She is truly honored to be representing the state of Colorado and can’t wait for the adventures ahead. In 2023 alone, she plans to travel over 40,000 miles, visit more than 10 different states, and vie for the title of Miss Rodeo America in November 2023 at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, NV.
